The Murder of a U.S. Operative

Barack Obama and a SEAL team kill the spy who had worked with the CIA
The 911 cover-up continues...

On May 2, 2011, reports came through that Osama bin Laden had been killed by a U.S. Navy SEAL team, presumably as he was seated in a chair in his bedroom, unarmed and in his pajamas, surrounded by two of his wives. As SEAL team members had bin Lanen in their sites, their team leader radioed in, "We have Osama bin Laden. What should we do?" Barack Obama watching the live feed from the White House Situation Room, ordered, "Kill him." And so they did.

But why? Bin Laden was the leader of the Taliban, of Al Qaeda. Not only did he have knowledge of all of the terrorist cells, he had the ability to end the war on terrorism once and for all. So why was he killed? Why has the U.S. military water-boarded insignificant operatives, but silenced the general? The Geneva Convention, of which the United States is signatory, states that prisoners of war and to be held, not murdered. From November 20, 1945 to October 1, 1946 the Neuremberg Trials were held by Allied forces for atrocities committed during World War II. They were held for men who had not only been responsible for the deaths of people, but for their torture. The President at the time, Harry Truman, did not order their deaths. The world would not have tolerated it. The world wanted answers. The world could not envision how men could commit such atrocities. So what was the difference here?

Was Barack Obama so angry that he wanted person vengeance against bin Laden? Was his wife or his children, his family members or anyone he knew killed in the 911 attack? No. On September 11, 2001, when the 911 attack occurred, Senator Barack Obama was comfortably in his office in Illinois. So, why murder the one person who had the ability to end terrorism?

The reason is simple. While it is true that there was Middle Eastern involvement in 911, it is also true that there was involvement by U.S. government as well, and a living bin Laden would not only have testified to that fact, but might have been believed. According to CBS anchor, Dan Rather, bin Laden was in a hospital in Pakistan (a U.S. ally) the night before the attack. Bin Laden, described as being near death, required emergency kidney dialysis. He was under heavy guard by the military and removed shortly before the first tower was hit. One week after the attacks, with the help of the FBI, the Saudis (it was Saudis in the attack planes) and the bin Ladins, who were picked up in Los Angeles, Orlando and Washington, D.C., charted a private jet, which then flew them from Logan Airport to Jeddah. Wouldn't the U.S. government liked to have found out if any of them were complicit in the attacks? But, then, they already knew, because the U.S. government was part of it.

The following is from "The Lone Gunmen" pilot, which aired five months and six days prior to 911. "The Lone Gunmen" was an "X-Files" spin-off.

Bertram Byers: "John..."
Byers: "Dad..."
Bertram Byers: "What the hell are you doing? Why can't you stay out of this? Leave me buried?"
Byers: "What is Scenario 12D? We know, it's a war game scenario, that it has to do with airline counter-terrorism. Why is it important enough to kill for?"
Bertram Byers: "Because it's no longer a game."
Byers: "But if, some terrorist group wants to, act out this scenario, why target you for assassination?"
Bertram Byers: "Depends on who your terrorists are."
Byers: "The men who conceived of it in the first place. You're saying our government plans to commit a terrorist act against a domestic air..."
Bertram Byers: "There you go, indicting the entire government as usual. It's a faction, a small faction..."
Byers: "For what possible gain?"
Bertram Byers: "The Cold War's over, John. But with no clear enemy to stockpile against, the arms market's flat. But bring down a fully-loaded 727 into the middle of New York City; you'll find a dozen tin-pot dictators all over the world, just clamoring to take responsibility. And begging to be smart bombed."
Byers: "I can't believe it; this is about increasing arms sales?"
Bertram Byers: "Mm-hmm."
Byers: "When?"
Bertram Byers: "Tonight."
Byers: "How are you going to stop them? Why didn't you tell the world this? Go to the press?"
Bertram Byers: "You think I'd still be drawing breath 30 minutes after I made that call? The press? Who's going to run this story?"
Byers: "We would."
Bertram Byers: "This?" [He picks up one of the newspapers] "This is birdcage liner. Wild-eyed crap right up there with, Elvis is an alien and two-headed babies."
Byers: "You obviously read it."
Bertram Byers: "Don't be so damn naive. You think this is going to save the world? I'm doing what I can, John. I don't have all the specifics on Scenario 12D. But I think I know the flight they've chosen. You stay out of it. I don't want Overlord gunning for you too."

So what was the target in this fictional episode? The World Trade Center. More than five months before it happened, with the U.S. government maintaining that no one could have conceived this ever happening. With the U.S. government destroying every shred of evidence afterwards that could have proved that the Twin Towers and Building 7 came down as a result of thermite planted on the lower floors and not as a result of the airplanes.

The Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution states that "No person shall be... deprived or life, liberty or property, without due process of law." It does not say, no citizen. It says no person. When Barack Obama took office, he took an oath: "I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." To protect, preserve and defend the Constitution of the United States. And yet, by murdering an unarmed Osama bin Laden, he betrayed that oath, and he did so in order to cover up what he knew about 911, what George W. Bush knew about 911, and what others in charge knew and know—that our government and numerous persons and government contracted corporations heads chose profit over people, and in doing so, sacrificed more than 3000 persons on a single day and have sent thousands more to their deaths overseas, not to mention the innocent lives that were lost in the Middle East due to collateral damage.
